Not everyone’s brain works the same way. ADHD brains are different. Autistic brains are different. Anxious brains have their reasons. Traumatised brains are protecting you. These are differences we understand and work with.
No trying to make you “normal.” No judgement about your past or present. Just practical psychology that respects who you are and builds your independence.
Sessions are face-to-face in our Bundaberg clinic.
You’ll receive a plain-English report that explains what’s happening, why it matters, and exactly what will help. (Most assessments are suitable from age 6+.)
My team and I live here in Bundaberg and genuinely love serving our community.
I’m a Board Approved Supervisor and serve on the AADPA board, which keeps me current with ADHD research and practice. We’re also training the next generation – and have talented provisional psychologists with appointments available at reduced rates, and supported by Rebecca.
But what really drives us is this: we see you as the expert on your own life. Our job is to help you understand the science behind what you’re experiencing and give you tools that work.
Call or use our online form. No referral needed.
We meet face-to-face, listen without judgement, and create a practical plan.
Every session gives you strategies you can use right away.

We’re a private clinic and don’t bulk-bill. Many clients use Medicare (with a GP plan), DVA, NDIS or private health. We’ll talk through fees and any rebates before you book.

Typically 2–3 weeks after we receive all information. Reports are in plain English with practical recommendations you can action.
